Promote downtown as the center of commerce, culture, and community life for residents and visitors alike. Be able to understand the changing market both potential customers and competition. Identify downtown assets including people, buildings, heritage, and institutions. Define Main Street\u2019s market niche and its unique position in the marketplace.
