     Tempe Creek Vineyard & Farm is a local wine vineyard on the edge of town. It gives off that loving country feeling without having to really travel from paved roads. The vineyard is set on a farm with a landscape that can make anyone smile. They are hosting  “Live Music in the Vines” with Donny Taylor, so be sure to come out and have a good time on Saturday July 23rd at 5pm.      There will be live music, food and fun. The wine, fun, and food begins at 12pm but the music doesn’t start until 5pm. The music is free, so come on out to sip some wine. They’ve got every shade of wine and even special summer flavors getting ready to premiere. 


    Feel free to bring specific drinks or snacks for the kids, but they have some appetizers, water, and some homemade candy available for purchase as well. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed at Tempe though. They have a variety of animals on the premises. Some, like the birds and dogs, may come closer than others. The longhorns, cows, and donkeys are behind a fence. That will not keep them from asking for treats though.      Tempe Creek Vineyard & Farms has some indoor and outdoor seating. They also have covered and uncovered seating. This is an outdoor event though. The real goal for most people when it comes to finding a place to relax at Tempe is a good view and to get as close to the massive longhorn on the farm as possible. Make sure to grab a picture with Voldemort or one of the other four legged occupants of the farm.
