Public Library Summer Fun Events
Small town summers are one of a kind. So many people go out of their way to make sure the kids and families in this community have fun. The Livingston Municipal Library is a brand new building that has the room for lots of fun events. They are hosting a variety of events for children this summer.
They have book readings and book fairs like one could expect. Some of these days they have extra unexpected things like Story Times and visit from the Houston Museum of Natural Science. This isn’t quiet library time- this is fun library time! There will even be “Baby and Me” Classes. Be sure to check out the library website for more information or to register for these events.
The library has been updated with two stories of space full of books, areas to read, printing services, some computers to use and more. The library even offers different digital services as well now. It has turned into a fresh and fun spot for kids and adults alike.
The new library building is located just outside the Historic Downtown Main Street District. It has plenty of parking for these events and is right next to all kinds of places to shop, dine, and play.
Livingston Specialty Merchant’s Guild is pleased to invite visitors and locals alike to #livlocal and make some memories at these events for some summer fun. Feel free to hit the town to shop, dine, or play before or after this event.
