     Play hard and experience the many events and activities for both outdoor and indoor fun right here in our backyard. The City of Livingston has a variety of parks to enjoy and many outdoor activities including, golf, tennis, jogging trails, and skateboarding. Click on a location’s name or picture for additional information and links to their Facebook pages and website links to learn even more.

     Lake Livingston is a big playground for outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, and water sports. Relax and enjoy a spectacular sunset on beautiful Lake Livingston. Stop by the Polk County Memorial Museum, Heritage Park, and the Historical Main Street District for a glimpse into the area’s rich and varied history.

     Close by attractions include the Lake Livingston State Park, Sam Houston National Forest, Lake Sam Rayburn, and Naskila Gaming.
